Ingredients:
1 lb ground turkey breast
1 tbsp olive oil
3 diced celery stalks
1 diced yellow onion
1 tbsp oregano
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 cups chicken broth
2 cups water
2 cups chopped kale
2 diced carrots
1 can of white beans
Parmesan
Directions:
Cook the ground turkey in olive oil in a pot on medium heat for 3-5 minutes.
Add your veggies and seasoning and cook for about 5 more minutes.
Add the chicken broth and water and cook for another 15 minutes.
Top with shaved Parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
