Coconut Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup full fat coconut milk

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds

  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup, optional

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon, optional

Directions:

  1. Mix all of the ingredients until thoroughly combined and transfer to an airtight container.

  2. Place in the fridge overnight or for 4 hours, at least.

  3. Remove from fridge and top with your favorite fruit.
