Coconut Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients:
1 cup full fat coconut milk
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 teaspoon maple syrup, optional
1 teaspoon cinnamon, optional
Directions:
Mix all of the ingredients until thoroughly combined and transfer to an airtight container.
Place in the fridge overnight or for 4 hours, at least.
Remove from fridge and top with your favorite fruit.
