Ingredients:
1 frozen banana
2 carrots, chopped
1/4 cup dairy-free yogurt
2 pitted dates
2 teaspoons hemp seeds
1 Tbsp almond butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Splash of non-dairy milk
Directions:
Add all the smoothie ingredients to a high-powered blender.
