Ingredients:
1 cup coconut flakes
½ cup coconut oil
¼ cup coconut butter
⅓ cup almonds
⅓ cup cashews
⅓ cup pecans
4 medjool dates
¼ teaspoon sea salt
Directions:
Blend all ingredients in a food processor. (Can also use a blender, however you may have to add a splash of almond milk so the mixture blends well)
Roll “dough” into balls and place in a freezer-safe container.
Freeze for at least 5-10 minutes until they solidify.
Thaw for 5-10 minutes when ready to eat and enjoy! They will remain good in the freezer for 1-2 weeks.
