Ingredients:
juice of 1 large lemon
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon honey
12 fresh basil leaves, finely chopped
sea salt
black pepper
Directions:
Stir all ingredients together in a glass jar. Pour over salad, toss or massage into greens.
