Ingredients:
• 1 yam, sliced
• 1.5 Tbsp coconut oil
• 1 Tbsp maple syrup
• 1/4 tsp cinnamon
• 1/4 tsp nutmeg • 1/2 tsp rosemary • sea salt • black pepper
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Slice yam into thin discs.
3. Coat with coconut oil, maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, rosemary, sea salt + black pepper.
4. Spread yam discs out on a parchment lined baking sheet.
5. Bake for 35-45 minutes depending on how crispy you like the edges, flipping half way through. Enjoy!
